Ingredient Sourcing
Requests for sourcing documentation, ingredient transparency records, or supplier information relevant to the catalogue are handled by the same correspondence channel, Monday to Friday.
Response Times
The selection team aims to acknowledge all correspondence within two working days. Enquiries received outside of standard working hours are reviewed from the following working morning.
